Simply Sleep

Lavender Oil

Probably the longest serving of essential oils and safe for all the family to use.

If you want a relaxing, peaceful nights sleep then nothing could be simpler.

Two different ways to use Lavender:

1. Put 3-4  drops directly onto a fabric hankerchief and place inside the top of your pillowcase and simply lay down and breath in the essence of this wonderful oil.
2. Using a de-fuser simply defuse 3-4 drops of Lavender oil for half an hour in your bedroom before going to bed. (REMEMBER TO EXTINGUISH ANY CANDLES AND NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED)
