Soak away your Cold.



Perhaps your already familiar with essential oils, but I think we can all discover something new about them all the time:

Did you know?

To help ease a cold:
Blend together
2 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Rosemary essential oil

Add these to a warm bath and soak for a min 20 mins.
Pat yourself down with a large fluffy towel to avoid wiping off any oil.
Relax and let the oils continue to do their work.

Warning:
1 Do not blend Eucalyptus if you have high blood pressure and do not use on young children.  It may irritate sensitive skin so stop using immediately if this is the case.
2 Avoid using Rosemary during pregnancy or if you suffer from epilepsy.
3 Do not use these oils on the skin neat, always dilute.
